Hello fam,
Sorry about last week, I got transfered on Tuesday and in my new area we were super busy so I didn't have time to email. I'm sorry. I'm officially out in the country!!! I love it! There's always deer in the back yard of our apartment it's pretty sweet. I'm in Pittsboro- well that's where the apt. is. We cover all of Chattam County which is pretty crazy. I'm doing both Spanish and English work right now but my Spanish is still improving because me and Elder Warner just speak Spanish all day.
Elder Warner is my new comp. He's pretty chill from Orem- ha. He played basketball for Timpview and graduated the same year as me which means that I probably knew him before. He's only been out for 9 months so once again I'm in a super young companionship.
The packages were perfect. Thanks for those and also tell mara thanks for typing a message to me. That's super sweet that Max made the all star team.
The weather is super hot here. I HATE the humidity. It's there worst thing that I've ever experienced because you have to drink alot of water to stay hydrated. But that's sweet that Zac passed the test, I'm sure they're so pumped. What's his plan now that he's done with that?
We had a mission conference on Saturday. Elder Holland, Elder Clayton, and Elder Giddons came and spoke to us. Elder Holland is super sweet- he speaks with so much passion it's crazy. We got to shake his hand- it was an amazing experience for me.
So here in Pittsboro we only have a branch but we've got some awesome members. I'm loving it. We have some great investigators here too- we're working on setting a baptismal date with a few of them this week. We contacted the mayor last night and he's going to give us an opportunity to talk the the city at the city council meeting. We're both super excited about it and can't wait. So out the window of the library just barely I saw a cop car but it was a bronco all jacked up- hah- wow what a great place. I wanna be a redneck one day.... :) Thanks for the packages- if you one of the days could send me a Spanish verb book that'd be amazing... ask Zac which would be good- I need to expand my vocabulary alot. also efy CD's or something like that just so that I can have a little bit of music to listen to. You don't have to send this stuff super soon you just barely sent me two packages so don't stress yourself out just be looking for a Spanish verb book and what not.
Well I want you all to know that I know this church is true and that this is the work of the Lord. I know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God and it's a huge blessing to us. I love you all.
Love Elder Miller
